Aku pernah bekerja di dalam government sector, private sector and also government link company (GLC)..but this time were suck and shit...to me if you want to do time study for operation process, after you brief your people the cooperation should there...people must take the responsibilities on their duty and follow the arrangement...unfortunately that does not happen..because of your failure you said this is work...to me this is not work but this is shit...im sorry to be outspoken but that is realistic.as an quality engineer i have been trained to tell the truth and cant hide the reason..but for you the outspoken is false...u may be a good staff, a good father, a good son but not a good muslim..the truthfulness is always hurt..depends how you handle it..
